Crystal was originally trained in massage technique by her mother, who, having been a therapist for 15 years, provided her with a sound foundation on which to build her practice.

While living in Michigan, Crystal was certified by the International Myomassethics Federation in Basic Myomassology (500 hours) in 1993.  Therapeutic Myomassology (1000 hours) and Foot Reflexology (250 hours) in 1996.  Recognizing a mind/body connection in her work, she became interested in herbology and alternative medicine. In 1995 she became a Certified Master of Holistic Healing, from the Tree of Light Institute.  She worked for a spa, then in private practice until 1998, when she moved to Texas.

After re-testing and receiving her Texas Registration number, Crystal's practice centered around learning about the spa industry and providing private consultations for various spa developments.  Eventually, she returned to having a private practice.

In 2003, she moved to Colorado.  Upon moving here, she found that legislation in various Colorado cities did not recognize her certifications.  Rather than chose another career, in March 2006 she earned with honors, an 1150 hour diploma with additional certifications in Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapies from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy.

In June 2006, she completed her Reiki training and received her initiation as a Reiki Master, Teacher and Practitioner.  She also received her attunements for Karuna Reiki Master, Teacher, and Practitioner in October 2006.

Crystal became an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church in July 2007.  This enables her join couples in marriages and welcome new life into this world through baptisms/blessings.

As of April 2009, the State of Colorado required all massage therapists to apply for registration. Crystal's registration number is 2612 and is valid through 1/31/2011.

Taking the mind/body connection one step further, Crystal completed a 300 hour course in Hypnotherapy in July 2009.  She is certified in Hypnotherapy by the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.   We have all heard the saying, "change your mind and you change your world".  Hypnotherapy harnesses the powerful ability of our subconscious mind and aligns it with the changes the conscious mind wishes to create utilizing various hypnotherapy tools. Colorado requires that all hypnotherapists be listed in the Grievance Board Database and be licensed as an unlicensed psychotherapist.  Crystal's license number is 12108 and is valid through 8/31/2011.

Her empathic and intuitive guidance abilities can assist your during times when you are unable to hear your own inner guidance.  She specializes in helping you understand the "root thought and/or feeling" of the issue at hand that contributes to self defeating beliefs and behaviors.  When your energy and intent are in harmony with spirit, miraculous and synchronistic events begin to manifest.
