• New Clients:  Please arrive approx. 10 min prior to fill out the consent form. 

• All Clients:  Arriving at your appointment time or later can  deduct time for your service

• All cancellations require a full 24 hour notice.  Any cancellation received with less than 24 hour notice will be charged in full for the missed appointment, unless we can fill your appointment..  Online cancellations are not accepted.

• Gratuities are appreciated for extra-ordinary service.

• In our ensuing professional relationship, sexual intimacy is never appropriate. 

• Services and menu prices are subject to change without notice

• Full priced gift certificates are valid for 6 months. In the case of an unredeemed gift certificate, the purchaser will be notified by phone or email and will have 30 days from the expiration date to redeemed the certificate. The certificate loses it's validation after 7 months.

• Reduced/Special priced gift certificates are valid for 3 months.

• Children: The Kid Zone is open from 5:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. and the cost is $3 per child, per hour.  If your appointment time is not within the Kid Zone hours, please make alternative arrangements for your child/children

• Punch Cards:  Ananta Jiva, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.  Punch cards are not valid after the expiration date.
